1. Scope & Commitment to Privacy

Blick Review ("we", "us", "our") provides reputation automation and review intelligence for local stores, multi-branch chains, and agencies. We are committed to transparency in our data processing practices in full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India).

This privacy notice applies to all users of our public website (blickreview.com), our web dashboard (app.blickreview.com), and our WhatsApp review autopilot service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver review automation and account management:

• Account & Profile Data: Business owner name, business email address, store brand name, and physical location address.
• WhatsApp Contact Numbers: Verified mobile numbers of the business owner and designated branch or store managers to deliver instant review alerts and 1-tap approval prompts.
• Google Business Profile Data: Accessed strictly via official Google OAuth authorization. We retrieve public review content, star ratings, reviewer public display names, review submission timestamps, and existing published owner replies. We do not access your private Gmail, Google Drive, or unrelated Google services.
• Waitlist & Enquiry Submissions: Contact name, business name, phone number, city, and location count submitted through our contact and early access forms.
• Billing & Transaction Records: Order IDs, plan identifiers, transaction timestamps, and payment statuses processed securely via Razorpay. We never store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used exclusively to provide and improve the service:

• To monitor incoming customer feedback on your Google Business Profile.
• To generate context-aware draft responses matching your business voice.
• To route alerts and 1-tap approval prompts to the specific store manager responsible for each physical branch.
• To publish authorized responses back to Google Business Profile upon your explicit instruction.
• To generate multi-location performance insights and weekly reports.
• We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

4. Artificial Intelligence & LLM Processing

Blick Review utilizes enterprise language model APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud Vertex AI) to draft suggested replies. Under our commercial API terms:

• Only public review text and merchant tone guidelines are processed to generate drafts.
• Your review content and customer interactions are never used to train public foundation AI models.
• No private customer passwords, payment information, or confidential records are ever transmitted to AI processors.

5. Sub-Processors & Service Providers

We work with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers to operate the platform:

• Google Cloud & Google APIs: Direct OAuth sign-in and Google Business Profile API integration.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform): Delivery of instant review alerts, approval templates, and interactive manager chats.
• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant digital payment processing for memberships and prepaid passes.
• PostgreSQL Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted databases for tenant-isolated store settings, location configurations, and manager phone routing.

6. Data Security & Retention

All communication between your browser, WhatsApp, and our servers is secured using modern TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Sensitive credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

We retain account data and configuration settings for as long as your workspace remains active. If you delete your account or disconnect a location, cached tokens and manager routing mappings are permanently purged within 30 days.

7. Your Rights under Indian Law (DPDP Act, 2023)

As a data principal, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of personal data processed by the platform.
• Correct or update inaccurate business or manager contact details.
• Request the erasure of your personal data and account records.
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp alerts by texting STOP in your linked chat at any time.
