1. Scope of the Product

Blick Review ("Platform", "we", "us") provides Google review monitoring, AI draft reply generation, 1-tap WhatsApp notifications, counter review QR funnels, and multi-location analytics. The service supports single physical outlets, multi-location chains (with dedicated store manager WhatsApp routing), and marketing agencies managing multiple merchant accounts.

Google independently governs Google Business Profile listings, verification rules, review publication, and ranking algorithms. Blick Review is not affiliated with Google Inc. and cannot guarantee specific search ranking positions, review volume increases, or business revenue.

2. Google Policy Compliance & Zero Fake Reviews

Blick Review is strictly a reputation management and customer communication tool. You agree that:

• Zero Fake Reviews: You will never use the service to generate, buy, or post synthetic, artificial, or incentivized positive reviews.
• No Review Gating: You will not attempt to selectively block, filter, or restrict negative reviews from reaching Google, in strict adherence to Google’s Prohibited and Restricted Content policies and applicable consumer protection regulations.
• Lawful Content: Replies published through the platform must not contain hate speech, harassment, defamation, or private customer personal data.

3. Merchant Editorial Authority & AI Replies

Blick Review uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested draft responses in your brand's designated tone of voice. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are drafts designed to save operational time, not legal or customer service counsel.
• The business owner, administrator, or designated store manager retains 100% final editorial authority before any reply is submitted or published to Google Business Profile.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of any reply and honoring commitments made to customers in published replies.

4. Membership Plans & Commercial Terms

Blick Review offers tiered subscription memberships and prepaid non-recurring access passes:

• Free Starter Plan: ₹0/month forever with up to 10 automated replies/month. No payment details required.
• Single Store Autopilot: ₹499/month (or ₹1,197 quarterly / ₹4,788 annually) for 1 physical location with unlimited replies and WhatsApp autopilot.
• Multi-Location Chain: ₹1,299/month (or ₹3,499 quarterly / ₹11,988 annually) covering up to 3 outlets with dedicated store manager WhatsApp routing under one unified statement.
• Agency & Franchise Suite: ₹2,499/month (or ₹6,499 quarterly / ₹23,988 annually) covering 5 locations with centralized brand control and client reporting.
• One-Time Passes: 1-Month, 3-Month, and 1-Year prepaid non-recurring passes for businesses preferring upfront digital payment without recurring auto-debit.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Digital payment receipts are issued automatically upon payment via our authorized payment processor (Razorpay). Input Tax Credit (ITC) invoices are subject to registered business tax detail submission at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Account Termination

You may cancel recurring subscription renewal at any time directly through your billing settings or by contacting priority support. Upon cancellation, your autopilot benefits remain fully operational until the end of your current paid billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Google’s API policies, engage in abusive practices, or fail to honor applicable subscription payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Blick Review and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business goodwill, or loss of profits arising out of third-party platform downtime (including Google Business Profile or WhatsApp service outages).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
