Blick Review is designed around a small, concrete job: help one shop owner keep up with Google reviews while retaining control of every public reply. It is a WhatsApp and web-based product, not a replacement for Google Business Profile and not a system that posts whatever an AI suggests.
Start with the right owner and the right profile
Your app account identifies you to Blick Review. The Google account you connect is the one that manages the business profile; those identities can be different. Select the correct shop and confirm that it is yours before starting review work.
Google controls listing access and verification. If the shop is not manageable or its review destination is not available, resolve that through Google. Do not connect a similar-looking listing just to get through setup. The MVP covers one owner and one confirmed profile, so choosing carefully prevents later confusion.
Give reply suggestions confirmed facts
A reply should not invent opening hours, refund arrangements or contact information. Add business facts that you are comfortable making public and confirm them before using them as a basis for suggestions. Keep private customer details out of those facts.
A helpful fact is specific and current: a confirmed booking contact, for example. “We always solve every issue immediately” is a promise, not a dependable fact. Review the information whenever your shop’s policy or contact channel changes.
Read the source before writing
Open the inbox and consider the review together with any existing reply. Freshness matters: unavailable content is not an empty review, and an expired value is not a reliable current value. Refresh when needed before deciding what to say.
Use filters to organize your work, not to ignore an entire kind of customer experience. An unanswered positive review and a low-rating concern may require different attention. Mark work handled when appropriate, while remembering that a handled marker is your own workflow status rather than a new Google reply.
Choose a starting point, then edit it
You can write manually or request a permitted AI suggestion. The app’s implemented model flow supports English and Hindi. The website illustration additionally demonstrates Hindi in English script and Hinglish; those demo choices should not be mistaken for shipped native model settings.
Read the complete draft, check its facts and change anything that does not sound like your business. A suggestion is a starting point. Avoid approving a message just because it looks polished or uses a friendly tone.
Approval and publication are separate
Saving creates a specific revision. Approving confirms that exact text. Publishing is another action, and replacing an existing reply requires explicit confirmation. If the underlying review changes, the workflow can require refreshing and approving again.
This separation is useful when you are interrupted. You can distinguish a saved draft from an approved one and an approved one from a confirmed publication. If a provider response is uncertain, check the operation status rather than repeatedly clicking to submit another reply.
Reports, QR and subscription settings
Weekly factual reports help you review available feedback and confirmed work. They do not promise sales attribution or historical source that is no longer available. The QR opens your verified Google review destination directly; it does not ask customers for contact details first.
Subscription renewal cancellation and Google disconnect are separate actions. Pricing is ₹499 monthly or ₹4,788 yearly upfront, before applicable tax. The annual monthly equivalent is ₹399. No free trial or website checkout is offered.
Know the release boundary
Provider permissions, physical-device validation and remaining account/security workflows still gate release. Use the website demo to understand the sequence, then check app availability before expecting a live connection, purchase or public download.
