Start with what the customer actually said
Read the whole review before drafting. Identify the experience the customer describes, rather than reaching immediately for a standard response. A short, specific acknowledgement is usually easier to trust than a long generic paragraph.
Thank them without sounding rehearsed
For positive feedback, acknowledge the detail they chose to share. If they mention friendly service, thank them for noticing it. Keep the response in a voice you would comfortably use across the counter.
Take care with difficult feedback
Recognize the concern without arguing about the customer’s experience. Avoid inventing an explanation, promising a refund you have not authorized or sharing private order details in public. If a private conversation would help, use only a contact channel your business has confirmed.
Use a draft as a starting point
An AI suggestion still needs your judgement. Read every sentence, remove unsupported facts and check the tone. In Blick Review, saving, approving and publishing are separate steps so the final words remain yours.
Is it accurate? Is it kind? Is it something your shop can stand behind? If any answer is uncertain, edit before publishing.
